WARM WEATHER REMINDERS
1. Summer brings an increase in pedestrian activity on VAB streets. Be extra careful as you drive throughout our development – maintain 15MPH Speed Limit, come to a FULL stop at all Stop signs,
and keep a look out for walkers, joggers, bikers, and skaters.

2.Hot and humid weather brings extra Air Conditioner use. Help the efficiency of your A/C by
keeping it clear from debris of any kind. Also, use indoor ceiling fans and window shades or blinds
to keep the heat to a minimum and cooling to a maximum.

3. Mandatory Water restrictions regulated by the Mantua MUA are in effect between 11AM to 6PM from May 1 to September 30, 7 days a week. Non-essential water use such as lawn watering and washing vehicles is restricted during these hours. For those residents who do water
lawns, it is recommended by the MUA that you do so in the early morning.

4. TOWNHOUSE RESIDENTS: Remember to get your recycling out by 6AM of the pickup date (currently Friday) and not before 6PM of the night before. Containers must be removed from the curb/street by 7PM of pickup day. These are Mantua TWP statutes.

5. ARB: No improvement of any type to the exterior of a Unit can be performed without ARB
approval – this includes Satellite dish installation and any larger yard projects, such as bush or shrubbery removal and planting. If you do any yard work around your Unit, YOU are responsible
for clean-up – NOT Management or the Landscaping Contractor. ARB forms are available on line
at VABCA.com or from the Management Office. Fines WILL be levied for any violation.

Swimming Pool Hours of Operation
Weekends Only from May 29, 30 & 31stth to June 20th,12:00PM to 8:00PM
Full time (seven days a week) starting June 21st through Labor Day.
Hours are: Monday through Friday 12:00PM to 8:00PM
Saturday and Sunday 12:00PM to 8:00PM
In August and September, the hours will be 11:00AM to 7:00PM

PARENTS: while waiting in your vehicles with children for the school bus, please engage your
hazard lights and stay as close to curb as possible to ensure safety for all and proper exit for
other traffic.
